If you have lost any property when travelling with us, please call (01622) 882288 with as much information as possible about your journey.
Have your bus ticket to hand. With the exception of perishable goods, lost property is kept at our Aylesford depot for a period of 3 months.
Lost property can be collected from our Aylesford office BY APPOINTMENT ONLY on Mondays to Saturdays between 0930-1630. Please phone the office on arrival and a member of staff will arrange to meet you with the item outside. Please do not enter the buildings or the depot gates. Do not enter the vehicle parking area.
